Project #8 Experimental Camera
Description
I made a camera filter inspired by Andy Warhol's painting,"Shot Marilyns." The four images are distorted purposely. The three sliders allows you to change the colors you want to display on the 4 cameras.
Design Process
I was interested in showing vibrant colors through my experimental camera. Andy Warhol is a perfect example of how I could manipulate my camera to divide into 4 sections which each camera have their own vibrate color portrayed like "Shot Marilyns". I felt nostalgic creating this camera filter as it reminds me of a memory when I was in elementary school and we recreated our own verison of Warhol's method through paint. Another component I planned on adding to this experimental camera is for viewer being able to change the colors of the cameras through sliders. The slider function is new to me, but I had some complications of trying to combine the slider with the tint colors on the camera.

Reflection
This assignment definitely made me evaluate how could I create a filter that I could disort the viewer's camera pixels to appear the user's camera privacy is being censor. I only encounter one problem since I was already comfortable of knowing where to place the correct coordinates for multi-color filters on the canvas. The slider function was my issue because my intentions were to delcare variables in tint section so the viewere is able to change the hues of green, blue and red. Also, I was kinda surprised of how this multi-color filters were similar to "Photo Booth" on the mac. This experimental camera is ideal for people who aren't photogenic or concerned of their camera being turn on their computers and the camera reads their whole face.
