Design Process

I made a list of songs I listened to from 10-5-21 through 10-12-21. My approach to the assignment is to design a graph that had songs organized by the day I listened to them. The genres I want to include are dark indie, psych, low-fi, classical, rock, and Japanese. Also, I was trying to figure out how could I put a second column on the x-axis for the categories of the songs. I was going for a minimalist perspective which I thought would fit in for my array of songs. Frank Stella is one of my favorite minimalist artists and I thought of Harran II by Frank Stella to inspire my music graph. His choice of irregular polygon resonates the beauty of his artworks which inspires my vision for this sketch involving my music taste would define the arrangment of colors depending on the day.
